If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at franks23tanks@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve concerns in a fair and reasonable manner.
In most cases, customers will not be required to return the product. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a promotional code toward a future purchase.
To request support, please include:

- Description of the issue
- Photo(s), if applicable
Sweepstakes-Related Purchases
For orders associated with promotional sweepstakes offers:
- All sales remain final
- Sweepstakes entries are non-refundable and non-reversible
- Entries are considered granted at the time of purchase and will not be voided due to dissatisfaction, returns, or customer support resolutions
Any customer satisfaction remedy (including replacement items, store credit, or promotional offers) is provided independently and does not impact sweepstakes entries or odds of winning
Frank’s Tanks reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
